Interview - Chris, the coast walker
This is my second interview with Chris, the coast walker.
We last spoke to Chris on the GPS Training podcast back in July last year, just before he was about to set off on his walk around the coastline of mainland Britain, 11,000 miles.
But this time, I kept the cameras rolling as I caught up with Chris during an unplanned break from his epic journey due to Wales going into a lockdown late 2020.
