Helge is a  Norwegian filmmaker who has been working as a filmmaker for six years.

Earlier this year we loaned him our Garmin Instinct 2 Solar so he could get to grips with it and produce some quality review videos.

In this series of videos we look at using a Garmin Fenix 7 for walking, hiking, running, cycling, hiking with navigation and how to use it alongside a Garmin inReach device.

If you are undertaking a walking or running event (often ultra event) you will often be a .gpx file.

We look at how you download it from their website and transfer it into both Garmin BaseCamp and Garmin Connect and then transfer it onto your Garmin GPS unit and Garmin GPS watch.

With the launch of the Epix Gen 2 we all held our breath to see if this time the watch could compete and stand by the side of the Garmin Fenix 7. Which is best?

Do I need OS maps on a GPS unit if the unit comes pre-loaded with TOPO ACTIVE maps?

Let's look at if you do or not.
