1. Do I have unlimited access once I have purchased the online resource?
Yes, once you have purchased the online resource you have unlimited access for 12 months. You can refer to it as many times as you wish to, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
2. How long is it before I can log in?
You will receive an email with your log-in details straight away but it may take us up to 24 hours to add your details to the resource. Purchases made over the weekend may take longer. Please be patient with us but if continue to have problems after 36 hours please contact us via 'Support'.
